B&B Al Baitin (hereinafter, “B&B Al Baitin”) provides users of the B&B Al Baitin website (hereinafter, the “Website”, accessible at https://www.albaitin.it/) with the following information, in compliance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (or General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter “G.D.P.R.”) and subsequent national implementing legislation (hereinafter referred to, jointly with the G.D.P.R., as the “Applicable Privacy Legislation”). Subject to the cases and limitations set out in Articles 15–22 of the G.D.P.R., the user has the right—at any time, free of charge, and without formal constraints—to:

  1. Obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed by B&B Al Baitin;

  2. Access their personal data, including information on its origin, purposes of processing, retention period, and third-party recipients;

  3. Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;

  4. Update or rectify personal data to ensure it is accurate;

  5. Exercise the right to be forgotten (deletion of personal data from databases and backup archives);

  6. Restrict the processing of their personal data;

  7. Object to the processing of personal data processed for public interest tasks or legitimate interests pursued by B&B Al Baitin;

Upon receipt of the email, B&B Al Baitin will respond within one month. This period may be extended by two additional months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests, with prior notice given to the user.

Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Italian Data Protection Authority – Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, accessible at http://www.garanteprivacy.it/) in accordance with Applicable Privacy Legislation.
